About Jerie Hooven / Job Details:
Jerie Hooven has been in the Claims field since 1997 and has been with Mutual Insurance Services since 1992 at which time she held a range of positions in the Underwriting Department where she developed her customer service and multi-tasking skills. She successfully completed a course at the Vale National Adjusting School, where she learned various aspects of building estimation and evaluation. She has an extensive knowledge of the policy forms and endorsements and an excellent understanding of the Insurance Claims processes and procedures that are outlined by our various Carriers. Her integrity and professionalism is an asset to this organization.
