This policy is designed to provide specified coverage for your mobile/manufactured home from the time the home is delivered on site and the time it is set up for occupancy and habitable. This includes but is not limited to plumbing and electricity being connected. This policy does not provide any coverage for your household personal property, or any other structures located at the insured location.
