• No restrictions on length of vacancy
• Buildings undergoing minor repairs, alterations or improvements are eligible
• Policy terms of 3, 6, 9 or 12 months may be written
• Policy extensions are handled by simple extension endorsement
• Special form and Replacement Cost available for buildings 25 years old or newer
