Replacement Cost Programs

Mobile/Manufactured Home and Other Structures Replacement Cost Coverage (HO-3) for owner occupied mobile and manufactured homes new to 15 years old. This premier program is also available for those eligible homes over 15 years of age with proof of prior replacement cost insurance. The home must be a minimum of 14 feet wide. This Program is our top of the line program for quality mobile homes showing pride of ownership valued between $25,000 and $150,000
Actual Cash Value Programs

For residential mobile and manufactured homes and is designed to cover residential dwellings ranging in value from $4,000 to $60,000
Rental & Commercial Programs

Rental & Commercial offers All Risk and Named Perils Coverage for an insured that rents out their mobile/Manufactured home to others on a full time basis. The purpose for renting must be habitational or commercial office usage. Maximum age is 40 years old. Minimum size is 10 feet wide and 40 feet in length. Values are $2,000 minimum and $60,000 maximum. If adjacent structure coverage is requested, current photo and a complete description must be included. Personal property coverage IS NOT available on commercial units. Named perils coverage only with no theft coverage. Maximum amount for personal property is $2,000 and and an inventory must accompany the application
