Modified Homeowners (HO8)
The Modified Homeowner's HO8 Program is for owner occupied primary or secondary/seasonal and 1 or 2 family dwellings used for private residential purposes in Idaho and Oregon State. Eligible homes are in a value range from $20,000 to $150,000. Rates for are included on the application or Rate Guide when there is no separate Rate Chart.

Dwelling Fire:
Dwelling Fire Coverage is available as a non-admitted program for eligible dwellings/mobile homes, owner/rental 1-4 family units and seasonal/vacant/unoccupied 1-2 family units. An annual policy term applies to owner/rental/seasonal risks, a 3 or 6 month policy term applies to vacant/unoccupied risks. The minimum value for all States is $10,000. The maximum value varies between $100,000 and $200,000 depending on the State and occupancy status.
1-4 Family Homes:
This product targets one to four family dwellings owned by individuals or corporate investors for rental purposes. The owner may live in one of the units if multi-family.

- Risks with difficult to place liability exposure (pools, dogs, etc.) are entertained
- Coverage can be provided for a property that is under renovation
- Can add eligible new dwellings as purchased
- Product flexibility offering either Basic or Special Form
- Flexible valuation clause - either Actual Cash Value or Replacement Cost
