Rental & Commercial Use of a Manufactured/Mobile Home (LOB48)

Rental & Commercial offers All Risk and Named Perils Coverage for an insured that rents out their mobile/Manufactured home to others on a full time basis. The purpose for renting must be habitational or commercial office usage. Maximum age is 40 years old. Minimum size is 10 feet wide and 40 feet in length. Values are $2,000 minimum and $60,000 maximum. If adjacent structure coverage is requested, current photo and a complete description must be included. Personal property coverage IS NOT available on commercial units. Named perils coverage only with no theft coverage. Maximum amount for personal property is $2,000 and an inventory must accompany the application.
